PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES DOES NOT INVOLVE WAGERING OR GAMBLING OF ANY KIND.

  1. Eligibility: The Jeopardy! All-Star Games Fantasy League Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to Entrants (defined below) who are as of December 3, 2018: (i) permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. or D.C. and Puerto Rico (excluding Guam and all other U.S. territories and possessions), or Canada (excluding Quebec), and (ii) who are currently physically located and residing therein, and (iii) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Entrants must have either a valid Social Security number or a valid U.S. Individual Tax Identification Number. Employees of Quadra Productions, Inc., (“Sponsor”), Sony Pictures Television Inc., Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Sony Corporation of America, CBS Television Distribution, the show Jeopardy! (sometimes referred to as “Show”), Lindblad Expeditions, LLC., Enteractive Solutions Group, Inc. (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, All Star Games contestants appearing on the Show during the ten (10) episodes related to this Sweepstakes (as outlined in Section 3), participating Jeopardy! stations, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent, subsidiary, and related companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize providers, any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”), members of their immediate families (i.e. a spouse, domestic partner, child, sibling, parent), and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

  2. Sweepstakes Description: This Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on December 3, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2018 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes consists of a promotion in which potential Entrants (as defined below) can enter the Sweepstakes by visiting http://www.jeopardy.com/all-stars (the “Website”) and choosing a Fantasy Team of former Show champions (as detailed below). The Sweepstakes has available one (1) prize consisting of a trip as outlined in Section 5 (“Prize”). PT shall control for all purposes of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock for purposes of the Sweepstakes. Check local listings for Show schedule, which may be changed or preempted without notice. In these cases, at the election of the Show, the Sweepstakes may be played outside the usual dates and times, or not at all.

  3. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, access the Website during the Sweepstakes Period and click on the Sweepstakes icon or text link to access the Sweepstakes entry page (each person entering the Sweepstakes is an “Entrant”). Entrant will be asked to choose a team of former Show champions consisting of one (1) team captain and two (2) team members from the following list (“Fantasy Team”):

    • Team Captains: Colby Burnett, Buzzy Cohen, Julia Collins, Ken Jennings, Austin Rogers, and Brad Rutter.
    • Team Players: Leonard Cooper, Roger Craig, Jennifer Giles, Ben Ingram, Matt Jackson, Alex Jacob, Larissa Kelly, Alan Lin, David Madden, Pam Mueller, Monica Thieu, and Seth Wilson.

    If an Entrant’s pick gets replaced by an alternate, that Entrant will get that alternate as part of that Entrant’s team. The alternates are John Pearson (who will replace any male champion) and Lilly Chin (who will replace any female champion). Then, complete and thereafter submit Entrant’s Email Address, Date of Birth, First Name, Last Name, Home Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, Phone Number (including area code), and Entrant’s selected Fantasy Team (collectively, “Sweepstakes Registration”). Sweepstakes Registration must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. on December 31, 2018; no changes can be made to a Fantasy Team after this deadline. Limit one (1) Fantasy Team per person/per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

    Ten (10) special episodes of the Show will be exhibited wherein the All-Star Games will be played by former Show champions. The number of entries an Entrant can receive is dependent upon the number of correct answers each member of such Entrant’s Fantasy Team accumulates during game-play on the Show during those special ten (10) episodes. For each correct response provided by a Show contestant in either the Jeopardy! or Double Jeopardy! rounds, Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes provided they have selected that contestant to be part of their respective Fantasy Team (“Sweepstakes Entry”). Any correct responses provided by a contestant during the Final Jeopardy! round will result in ten (10) additional Sweepstakes Entries provided the Entrant has selected that contestant to be part of their respective Fantasy Team. A leaderboard will be available online once the Sweepstakes specific Shows air that will indicate those Entrants with the highest overall score (and corresponding number of Sweepstakes Entries). This leaderboard will be updated after each Sweepstakes specific episode of the Show is aired.

    All Sweepstakes Registration information must be completed in full, must be accurate and must be valid. The Sweepstakes Registration information must match the information of the Entrant that completed the act of physically registering and participating in the Sweepstakes. If a registrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to registering or submitting any personally identifiable information. If an Entrant’s contact information changes after he/she submitted his/her Sweepstakes Registration, it his/her responsibility to contact the Sponsor (by U.S. mail at the address stated in Section 9 below) and provide his/her new Sweepstakes Registration information (to be received by January 15, 2019). Any attempt by an Entrant to participate in this Sweepstakes other than as described herein by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void that Entrant’s Sweepstakes Entries and that Entrant will be disqualified. Proof of delivery or receipt of a Sweepstakes Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of entry. Final eligibility for the award of the prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. The Website may not be accessible from all mobile phones, handheld devices and/or tablets. If an Entrant experiences any issues entering, he/she should access the Website from a desktop or laptop computer. Please use care and do not drive while entering the Sweepstakes.

  4. Drawing and Notification of Potential Winners: For the Sweepstakes, one (1) potential prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received in a drawing. The drawing will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging organization, at its office in Burbank, California U.S. on or about January 18, 2019. The potential prize winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be notified by phone within two (2) weeks of being selected in the drawing. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential prize winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential prize winner may be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a Canadian Entrant is randomly selected as a potential prize winner, he/she must answer correctly within a specified time a mathematical skill-testing question without the benefit of any mechanical calculating devices. The test will be administered by the Sweepstakes Administrator at a pre-arranged mutually-convenient time, and only if the question is answered correctly in the allotted time period will the Canadian Entrant become a potential prize winner. If the question is not correctly answered in the allotted time period, prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate prize winner.

  5. Prize/Odds of Winning. One (1) Prize: The Prize winner will receive one (1) trip for the winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) from Lindblad Expeditions. Actual trip selected will be at winner’s discretion (subject to Sponsor’s approval). A list of trip destinations can be found at https://www.expeditions.com/destinations/. Actual trip elements, such as airfare, accommodations, duration, and included activities, will vary depending upon the actual trip selected. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): varies between $11,280-$105,900 USD, depending on the actual trip chosen. Odds of winning the Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received. TRAVEL TO CERTAIN DESTINATIONS CARRIES AN INHERENT RISK OF DISEASE, INCLUDING BY WAY OF EXAMPLE ONLY, DENGUE, INFLUENZA, ZIKA, OR TUBERCULOSIS. ENTRANTS ARE THEREFORE CAUTIONED TO CONSULT WITH A PHYSICIAN OR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER BEFORE CHOOSING A DESTINATION. Trip must be completed within eighteen (18) months of notification of winning or within a set time determined by the Sponsor. Additional compensation will not be provided if value of Sweepstakes Prize is less than stated ARV. Sponsor reserves the right to award trip “as is” and to structure travel route in its sole discretion. Trip is subject to air travel availability, hotel availability, expedition availability and is subject to the specific terms and conditions set forth by travel prize supplier and Sponsor. Once travel has been confirmed, any cancellation or change fees or restructuring of travel are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her Guest as applicable. Air transportation provided only if winner resides more than one-hundred (100) miles from destination. The winner and his/her respective Guest must travel together on the same itinerary and in the same class of air travel from the major airport closet to the winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion and in the same cabin aboard ship. The winner and his/her Guest are solely responsible for obtaining and providing all necessary travel documents/identification necessary to travel to their respective destination (e.g., passport, visa, required or medically advisable immunizations if applicable, etc.). In order to comply with the REAL ID Act (https://www.dhs.gov/real-id), adult travelers carrying driver’s licenses from a select number of states may be required to present a valid U.S. passport to travel on a domestic commercial flight in addition to international travel. Passports must be valid for six (6) months after return date of trip. Failure to provide such documents may result in trip cancellation at any point during the trip/cruise. If the winner elects to travel alone, no substitute compensation will be awarded. If a component of the Prize is not available during time of the winner’s trip for whatever reason, that portion of the Sweepstakes Prize will be forfeited, and no compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof. Items not specifically mentioned as being included as part of the Sweepstakes Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her Guest and may include, but not limited to, unspecified ground transportation, passport fees, visa fees, airport tax, travel tax, baggage fees, travel insurance, room service, laundry service, spa treatments, internet access, unspecified meals, tips, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, hotel incidentals, local and long distance telephone calls or other communications and Internet cards or internet or wireless services, mobile phone roaming fees, personal items, government fees, port charges, shore excursion(s), tours, gift shop purchases or souvenirs, meals in alternate dining venues, type of room and deck, and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. If the winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the allotted Guest. If the Guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must have the prior written consent of his/her parent/legal guardian in order to travel and he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the allotted Guest. No cash equivalent for the Prize will be available. Prize is not transferable. However, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, choose to substitute a Prize (or Prize component) of equal or greater value to due to unavailability or for any other reason. In the event that a Prize component is not available during the time of the trip for whatever reason (e.g., weather conditions), then remaining elements of trip shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s Prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof. The Prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Affidavit/Release (described below) and/or Prize travel documents. Terms of Affidavit/Release and any documents provided by prize suppliers are incorporated herein by reference. All applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner (including but not limited to income taxes or U.S. withholding taxes for Canadian prize winners, if applicable). U.S. tax law requires withholding tax obligations to be collected from a Canadian winner prior to the award of a prize. Any depictions of the Prize are for illustrative purposes only. The Prize winner will be solely responsible for all taxes on the Prize and he/she will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or other tax documents, if applicable) from the Sponsor for the calendar year the prize was won for the total ARV of the Prize won as stated herein. Sweepstakes Administrator is not the supplier or guarantor of the Prize. As applicable, Prize and/or Prize notification will only be shipped to street addresses in the U.S. or D.C. or Puerto Rico or Canada.

  6. General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and all federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. The potential Prize winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be required to sign, execute, have notarized, and return an original, unmodified Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release (releasing the Sweepstakes Entities), a Publicity Release (where lawful), and any other documentation that the Sweepstakes Administrator and/or Sponsor may require (collectively “Affidavit/Release”), within five (5) days after receipt or such potential Prize winner may be disqualified, and an alternate potential Prize winner may be selected. If the Prize winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, such prize winner’s prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. Guest (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) of the winner will be required to execute, have notarized, and return a Liability Release, a Publicity Release and any other documentation that the Sweepstakes Administrator and/or Sponsor requires (“Guest Releases”) within five (5) days after receipt by the potential winner. By returning a completed Affidavit/Release and, if applicable, Guest Release, the winner and Guest, attest to the provisions stated therein including compliance with these Official Rules. Additionally, by accepting the Prize and participating in any scheduled physical activity winner and Guest acknowledge there is inherent risk associated with said physical activity. Furthermore, by accepting the Prize, the winner and Guest represent and warrant that each has consulted with his/her primary health care provider and each is in both good physical condition and also good mental health to partake in any of the scheduled physical activities that are part of the Prize. Once submitted, Sweepstakes Registration information becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will only be used to the extent described herein. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsor’s privacy policy located at http://www.sonypictures.com/corp/privacy.html, except where prohibited by law, submission by an Entrant of his/her Sweepstakes Registration information and/or the Prize winner’s acceptance of the Prize and completion of the Guest Release by his/her Guest constitutes permission of such Entrant or Prize winner and his/her Guest (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) for Sponsor to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the Website, Prize winner’s first name and initial of last name, city and state for Prize fulfillment and possible winner announcement. Additionally, by opting in to specific offers from any of the Sweepstakes Entities, Sweepstakes Registration information will be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service and Entrant agrees to receive email and possibly mail communication from those companies regarding company news and promotions. The privacy policy for any Sweepstakes Entity participating in an opt-in will be accessible from the Website (including, but not limited to: http://www.expeditions.com/privacy-policy/). Residents of the State of California may request a list of all third parties to which our online service has disclosed certain personal information (as defined by California law) during the preceding year for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. If an Entrant is a California resident and wants such a list, please contact Sponsor at https://secure.sonypictures.com/corp/contactus.html. For all requests, Entrant must put the statement “California Privacy Rights Request” in the body of Entrant’s request, as well as Entrant’s name, street address, city, state, and zip code. In the body of Entrant’s request, please provide enough information for Sponsor to determine if this applies to such Entrant. Entrant needs to attest to the fact that Entrant is a California resident and provide a current California address for Sponsor’s response. Please note that Sponsor will not accept requests via the telephone, mail, or by facsimile, and Sponsor is not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information. Entrants agree that Sponsor may use service providers, including the Sweepstakes Administrator, to process personal information for the purposes described above and otherwise in the Sponsor’s privacy policy. Opting in to specific offers does not improve one’s chances of winning. The privacy policy for any Sweepstakes Entity participating in an opt-in will be accessible from the Sweepstakes entry form, as applicable. Entry information will not be sold. Personal information collected from Canadian winners, Entrants or Guests will only be used for Sweepstakes administrative purposes unless their express consent has been obtained beforehand. Sweepstakes Registration information will not be provided to any other entity other than as described herein or as stated in the opt-in offer on the entry form. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any web page related to the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person in connection with the Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible to win the Prize and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned (e.g., Show schedule changes), Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof; and, in its sole discretion, Sponsor may conduct the Sweepstakes drawing and award Prize in a manner that is fair, consistent, and in accordance with the spirit of the Sweepstakes. Notice of such action will be posted on the Website. In case of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant who enters online who is a potential Prize winner, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with such Sweepstakes Registration may be deemed, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the Entrant. Said authorized account holder must comply with these Official Rules and, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.

  7. Disclaimers: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for, and will deem ineligible, Sweepstakes Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device) or by someone other than the Entrant whose information is submitted to receive a Sweepstakes Entry, or for Sweepstakes Entries that are illegible, late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, postage-due, mechanically duplicated and mass machine printed, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, dropped, inaccessible, corrupted, jumbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. By entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Official Rules as well as the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects, agrees to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Official Rules, and agrees that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes; including, but not limited to, in the case of a Canadian prize winner, disputes over answers to mathematical skill test questions; cancellations, delays, and/or policies that may affect travel for the winner/Guest, or any change by an air carrier, cruise line, lodging facilities, or other company or any other persons providing any components of the Prize for the winner and his/her Guest due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s and/or Sweepstakes Entities’ control; typographical errors in Sweepstakes promotional material; the preemption, cancellation, interruption of Show or any elements of Show as it relates to the Sweepstakes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Sweepstakes Registration information; acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of the Prize awarded herein; including, but not limited to, any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, internet service provider; interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, any web page associated with the Sweepstakes (or Sponsor’s/Sweepstakes Administrator’s inability to access Sweepstakes content), or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; wireless network dead zones or obstructions; any damage to an Entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer/mobile device and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes or from entering or downloading materials/software in connection with the Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed/duplicate/multiple data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one (1) of the Sweepstakes Entities. Entrants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes due to their negligence or willful misconduct, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Entities, and hereby acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused by or have contributed to (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of the Prize supplier or any of its agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (2) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of Sponsor, or (3) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of Sponsor or its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

  8. ARBITRATION; WAIVER OF INJUNCTIVE RELIEF; GOVERNING LAW: ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO (I) THE SWEEPSTAKES, (II) THE AWARDING OR REDEMPTION OF ANY PRIZE AND/OR (III) THE DETERMINATION OF THE SCOPE OR APPLICABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THEIR ENFORCEMENT OR INTERPRETATION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SUBSTANTIVE LAWS OF THE U.S. STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS. BY SUBMITTING A SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY, EACH ENTRANT (AND HIS/HER PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN IF THE ENTRANT IS A MINOR IN THE JURISDICTION HE/SHE RESIDES) AGREES THAT ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THEIR ENFORCEMENT, ARBITRABILITY OR INTERPRETATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, TO BE HELD IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA U.S. BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR, IN ACCORDANCE WITH U.S. CALIFORNIA CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE §§ 1280 ET SEQ. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE SELECTED BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES OR, IF THE PARTIES CANNOT AGREE, THEN BY SELECTING AN ARBITRATOR FROM A LIST OF ARBITRATORS SUPPLIED BY JAMS (JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES WITH THE AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES’ ADR SERVICES). IF THE PARTIES STILL CANNOT AGREE ON AN ARBITRATOR, THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE APPOINTED BY THE ARBITRATION SERVICE. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE A CONFIDENTIAL PROCEEDING, CLOSED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL ISSUE A WRITTEN OPINION STATING THE ESSENTIAL FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS UPON WHICH THE ARBITRATOR’S AWARD IS BASED. THE PARTIES WILL SHARE EQUALLY IN PAYMENT OF THE ARBITRATOR’S FEES AND ARBITRATION EXPENSES AND ANY OTHER COSTS UNIQUE TO THE ARBITRATION HEARING (RECOGNIZING THAT EACH SIDE BEARS ITS OWN DEPOSITION, WITNESS, EXPERT AND ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND OTHER EXPENSES TO THE SAME EXTENT AS IF THE MATTER WERE BEING HEARD IN COURT). NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THE ARBITRATOR MAY REQUIRE THAT SUCH FEES BE BORNE IN SUCH OTHER MANNER AS THE ARBITRATOR DETERMINES IS REQUIRED IN ORDER FOR THIS ARBITRATION CLAUSE TO BE ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

    ENTRANTS FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THEY SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT TO ENJOIN OR RESTRAIN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, DISTRIBUTION OR EXPLOITATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY MOVIE, SHOW, PRODUCTION OR PROJECT OF SPONSOR OR ANY OF ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES.

    THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT, AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF. THE PARTIES ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION ARE CURRENTLY UNENFORCEABLE UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW BUT MUTUALLY INTEND FOR THIS SECTION TO APPLY IN THE EVENT SUCH PROVISIONS LATER BECOME ENFORCEABLE UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW.

    THE INTERNAL SUBSTANTIVE LAWS (AS DISTINGUISHED FROM THE CHOICE OF LAW RULES) OF THE U.S. STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA APPLICABLE TO CONTRACTS MADE AND PERFORMED ENTIRELY IN CALIFORNIA SHALL GOVERN THE VALIDITY AND INTERPRETATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND ALL OTHER CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

  9. Rules/Winner List/Entry Information Changes: For a copy of these Official Rules or the Winner List, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (with proper postage affixed) to: Jeopardy! All-Star Games Fantasy League Sweepstakes “Rules”/“Winner List” (specify which), P.O. Box 6452, Burbank, CA 91510 U.S. All Official Rules and Winner List requests must be received by May 6, 2019. Official Rules will also be accessible from the Website during the Sweepstakes Period. Winner information may be posted online. To change an Entrant’s Sweepstakes Registration information, legibly handprint such Entrant’s new Sweepstakes Registration information on a standard sized postcard (no larger than 5” x 7”), enclose it in a postage-paid business sized envelope (#10), and mail it (with proper postage affixed) to: Jeopardy! All-Star Games Fantasy League Sweepstakes “Entry Information Change”, P.O. Box 6452, Burbank, CA 91510 U.S. All Entry information change requests must be received by January 15, 2019.

  10. Miscellaneous. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Affidavit will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Affidavit is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. When terms such as “may” are used in these Official Rules, Sponsor has sole and absolute discretion. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on the Website and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
